Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul
The service department is staffed by qualified hydraulic and electrical technicians with a combined experience of over 70 years in the hydraulic and water treatment industries. Our field service team is backed by our engineering department and is dedicated to quickly and effectively resolving customer problems seven days a week 24 hours a day. Our team can provide on-site technical project management and support, installation, initial factory start-up, training, root cause problem analysis/diagnostics, and on-site maintenance and repair. Maintenance vehicles provide Hydrep technicians with a complete set of tools for completing the work at the customer site.
Hydrep maintains a service laboratory at its facility for oil and water analysis. A proprietary test bench is available to virtually simulate system performance in order to investigate and/or verify that each individual system component is operating to its designed specification and function. System simulations can be reproduced and save hours of testing for the customer and reduce the risk of malfunction once the system is integrated back into customer production.
